Russian culinary championship among chefs, which has been held in Russia since 2014
The Chef a la Russe championship is organized by METRO together with the National Association of Chefs of Russia under the auspices of the World Association of Chefs (World Chefs). Teams of professionals and juniors, consisting of two chefs and one pastry chef, compete in the categories "National Lunch" and "Black Box".
Participation in the championship gives teams from all over Russia the opportunity to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in their field, talent and desire to meet the requirements of the world-class restaurant business.
The jury of the championship are experts in the HoReCa market and stars of the culinary art of the highest category - representatives of World Chefs and the National Association of Chefs of Russia.
The best teams of chefs from all over the country, who have passed the qualifying round based on the results of sending applications for participation, will compete in the final of the championship in Moscow in order to determine the strongest.
