Ticket Sale Offer Agreement between International House of Tea LLC and individuals

This offer agreement is drawn up in accordance with the "Rules for the Sale of Goods by Remote Method", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2007 No. 612 and the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-I with the latest amendments and additions.

1. General Provisions

In this offer, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings:

"Internet site", "Internet site of the Contractor" - a set of electronic documents (files) of the Contractor in the computer network, united under the address (domain name) https://expohoreca.ru/

"Contractor" - International House of Tea LLC, providing services to the Consumer for the purchase of Tickets presented on the Internet site of the Contractor and the corresponding receipt of tickets by order number."

"Consumer" - an individual who has entered into an Agreement with the Contractor on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement and its Appendices.

"Offer" - a public offer of the Contractor addressed to any individual (citizen) to enter into an agreement with him for the provision of services (hereinafter - the "Agreement") on the existing terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, including all its appendices.

"Acceptance" — full and unconditional acceptance by the Consumer of the terms of the Agreement and Appendices thereto.

"Ticket" — an electronic version of a ticket to an exhibition and other events presented on the Contractor's website.

"Service" — a set of interrelated and mutually complementary legal actions performed by the Contractor in favor of the Consumer, including providing information about the event and Ticket attributes, information about which is available for purchase online; providing Tickets (electronic tickets for events);

"Order" — independent registration by the Consumer of the Contractor's services on the website, including the selection of Tickets.

"Order Number" — a unique number assigned when registering for the Contractor's services on the website, including the selection of Tickets, which is registered in the Contractor's ticket database.

"Ticket Number" — a unique number assigned when registering for the Contractor's services on the website, including the selection of Tickets, which is registered in the Contractor's ticket database.

2. General Provisions

This Agreement and its appendices are official documents of the Contractor and an integral part of the Offer. The current version of the document is posted on the Contractor's website Offer Agreement, as well as at the box office or office of the Contractor. International House of Tea LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", publishes an offer to provide services to individuals for the purchase of Tickets for the exhibition, as well as other events presented on the Contractor's website.

In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (CC RF), this document is a public offer and, in the event of acceptance of the conditions set out below, an individual (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer), accepting this offer, places an Order and receives Tickets in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the CC RF, payment for the Order by the Consumer is an acceptance of the offer, which is considered equivalent to concluding an Agreement on the terms set out in the offer.

Based on the above, carefully read the text of the public offer, and if you do not agree with any clause of the offer, you are asked to refuse to purchase and/or use the services provided by the Contractor.

3. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor provides services to the Consumer in accordance with the current prices published on the Contractor's website, and the Consumer forms an Order, pays for it and receives Tickets in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Consumer intending to use the Contractor's services confirms their agreement with the terms of this offer by registering on the Contractor's website, indicating their full name, email, mobile phone number for sending an order confirmation and the order number.

When registering on the Contractor's website, the Consumer undertakes to fill out a visitor form, in which, in particular, it is mandatory to provide the following information:

last name, first name, patronymic

mobile phone number

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On personal data", the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the provision of his personal data to the Contractor (International House of Tea LLC), as well as personal data of third parties specified by the Buyer, which are received by the Contractor in the process of issuing a Ticket (Order), namely: last name, first name, contact phone number and e-mail address. The processing of the Buyer's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

When registering, the Consumer has the opportunity to indicate fictitious data and thus maintain his anonymity, but is responsible 

liability for the full or partial impossibility of fulfilling the Order by the Contractor due to incorrect information provided during registration. Due to the fact that the processing of the Buyer's personal data is carried out in connection with the execution of the agreement concluded under the terms of this Offer, the Buyer's consent to the processing of his personal data is not required. The term of use of the provided personal data is indefinite.

The Contractor does not change or edit the registration information about the Consumer.

The Contractor undertakes not to disclose registration data, as well as other information related to the Order, to persons not related to the execution of the Order.

4. Placing an Order

The selection of available Tickets, placing an Order and subsequent payment are made by the Consumer independently, taking into account the opportunities provided by the Contractor's website.

The Order is formed by the Consumer independently by selecting the items of interest and available through the Contractor's website. The number of Tickets selected by the Consumer must not exceed 5 (five) pieces in one Order.

5. Payment for the Order

Payment for the Order is made by the Consumer independently by any of the offered non-cash methods of transferring funds (payment systems) indicated on the Contractor's website:

using cards of international payment systems VISA\MasterCard\MIR

using Electronic payment systems

Full or partial payment for the Order in cash at the Contractor's office is possible directly at the address of the event being held.

The payment procedure, including control, confirmation of payment and completion of the payment procedure for the Order, is carried out on the basis of the rules and conditions of the payment system selected by the Consumer as a payment method.

Payment by the Consumer for an Order independently placed on the Contractor's website means the Consumer's consent to the terms of this Agreement and appendices thereto. The date and time of payment for the Order is the date and time of conclusion of the Offer Agreement between the Contractor and the Consumer.

The Contractor shall not be liable for incorrect operation of payment systems, errors, failures, refusal to authorize payment and any other circumstances of non-operability or partial operability of payment systems that do not allow the Consumer to pay for the Order.

Successful completion of payment for the Order is confirmed by the Contractor by sending a message with the order number to the e-mail specified by the Consumer during registration on the Contractor's website and on the order page.

The security of payments using bank cards is ensured by secure HTTPS connection technologies and two-factor user authentication 3D Secure.

In accordance with the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", if you were not provided with the service due to the fault of the Contractor, the payment may be returned to the bank card from which the payment was made.

6. Order Delivery

When executing the Order, the Contractor immediately delivers the order number to the Consumer without charging additional funds.

The delivery is performed by the Contractor by sending the Consumer an electronic message (e-mail (e-mail address)) indicating the order number specified by the Consumer during registration on the Contractor's website.

Order fulfillment terms

The Order is fulfilled by the Contractor immediately upon receipt of a positive response from the payment system regarding the successful completion of payment for the Order.

In accordance with this agreement, the Order is considered fulfilled, and the services are rendered, at the moment the Contractor sends a message with the order number to the Consumer's e-mail address specified during registration and the order is reflected on the order page of the Contractor's website.

In the event that the Consumer provides false information during registration, communication errors in data transmission networks, errors caused by incorrect operation of the Consumer's communication device, the Contractor shall not be liable for improper execution of the Order.

7. Return and Exchange

In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Consumer has the right to refuse the services of the Contractor at any time before the execution of the Order, namely before the moment the Contractor sends a message with the order number to the email address specified by the Consumer during registration and the order is reflected on the order page of the Contractor's website.

The Consumer is notified that when executing the Order, the Contractor assumes unconditional obligations to pay the event organizer the cost of the Tickets specified by the Consumer in the Order.

In accordance with Article 32 "The consumer's right to refuse to fulfill the contract for the performance of work (provision of services)" of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Consumer has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract for the provision of services at any time, subject to payment to the Contractor of the actual expenses incurred by him in connection with the fulfillment of obligations under the 

to this agreement. The cancellation form is in Appendix No. 1 to this offer.

The Consumer has been notified of the lack of technical capabilities of the Contractor to exchange, return or resell tickets/order numbers to a third party. Issues of returning Tickets are resolved in accordance with applicable law.

8. Rights, obligations and responsibilities

The Consumer has the right to:

Independently inquire from open sources about the cost of Tickets (Electronic Tickets) for Events and the amount of the Service Fee, other official ticket operators and make a decision on purchasing Tickets (Electronic Tickets) from the Contractor by fully and unconditionally accepting the terms of this Offer.

Receive information about the rules for selling Tickets (Electronic Tickets), available categories of Tickets (Electronic Tickets) and other information regarding the Events.

Select the method of payment for the Ticket (Electronic Ticket) from those offered by the Contractor on the website https://coffeeteacacaoexpo.ru/ . In this case, the Buyer is obliged to independently familiarize themselves with the rules for using a particular payment method.

Send all claims for improper performance to the e-mail address tickets@expohoreca.ru or info@expohoreca.ru. All received information is processed as soon as possible.

Ownership of the Tickets, as well as the risk of their accidental loss, pass to the Consumer from the moment the Order is executed by the Contractor.

The Consumer is obliged to:

Read in detail all the terms of this Offer and accept them when purchasing a Ticket (Electronic Ticket), as well as all additional rules governing the relations of the Parties under this Offer.

When placing an Order, provide the necessary correct, accurate and complete information about the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for minor children in whose interests he purchases Tickets (Electronic Tickets). The Buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the restrictions of a specific Event in terms of admission of minors (under a certain age). The Buyer is fully responsible for such persons and agrees that a minor child (under a certain age), as well as the Buyer himself, may be denied entry to the Event (purchase of a Ticket (Electronic Ticket)) in the event of a violation of the established age restrictions.

The Buyer acknowledges that he is fully responsible for the data communicated to the Contractor (his employees). The Buyer acknowledges that he has no claims against the Contractor and his employees for an incorrectly completed Order, since he himself did not verify its correctness at the time of registration. The Contractor is not responsible for the impossibility of providing Services and selling Tickets (Electronic Tickets) on terms different from those set out in this Offer.

Pay the full cost of the Contractor's Services.

Do not post, publish, transmit or distribute messages that may be of a criminal nature or cause any harm to the Contractor and organizations providing services under agreements concluded with the Contractor.

The Contractor has the right to:

Require the Buyer to comply with all procedures for processing and paying for the Order according to the rules set forth in this Offer.

If the Buyer refuses to accept this Offer under the terms set forth therein, refuse to sell the Ticket (Electronic Ticket) to the Buyer and provide Services.

The Contractor shall not be liable for the inoperability of the communication channels through which the Buyer connects to the Contractor (its official representative).

Modify any software of the website https://tickets.coffeeteacacaoexpo.ru/, suspend the operation of software that ensures the functioning of the website, if significant malfunctions, errors and failures are detected, as well as for the purpose of preventive maintenance and preventing cases of unauthorized access to the website.

Set and change tariffs for its Services unilaterally and at any time.

Require the Buyer to pay for the Ticket (Electronic Ticket) in full before selling and sending the Ticket (Electronic Ticket) by e-mail.

Cancel the completed Order if it is not paid for during the Reservation Period. A canceled Order cannot be restored for re-payment, except by the Buyer creating a new Order.

If the Buyer fails to comply with any of the clauses of the Offer, refuse to provide the Services to him in the future. In accordance with Article 436 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this offer is not irrevocable. The Contractor has the right to refuse to place an Order to persons who disagree with the terms of this Agreement.

The Contractor is obliged to:

Provide the Buyer with the necessary information about a specific Event.

Provide services in accordance with the Customer's application.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising during the execution of the 

the agreement under the terms of this Offer shall be resolved in compliance with the claim procedure. The claim shall be submitted to the Contractor in writing with documents substantiating the requirements, within a period of no more than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of the occurrence of the cause of the dispute. The received claim shall be considered by the Contractor within a period of no more than 10 (ten) calendar days.

If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the disputes that have arisen shall be considered in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

For all other issues not provided for in the Offer, the Parties shall be guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
